Join an intimate group of 6 to 10 food enthusiasts for boutique cooking classes, hosted at Sylvie’s secluded beachside home ‘Belvédère’ in St Andrews Beach on Mornington Peninsula, a little more than one hour’s drive from Melbourne.
Lessons of between 1.5 to 2 hours will focus on the creation of one dish, with participation encouraged (although not compulsory!).
Learn how to create fresh pasta, risotto, French stews (coq au vin, bœuf bourguignon), sauces, soups, cheese tastings and pâtisserie.
Students need only bring pen and paper, or another means of noting cuisine tips, and at the end of the class the meal is there to be shared.
